                SHIPPING POLICY

 

City Slickers Los Angeles fulfills all orders from Los Angeles, CA and ships nationwide. 

All orders placed before 3 PM PST will ship out same day.  

Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive a tracking number directly to your email with your estimated date of arrival, which can be up to 5 days. You will also be notified which carrier your order is being delivered with, which can be UPS or USPS.

If you are needing anything faster than our standard fulfilling/shipping time, please email us directly to cityslickerslosangeles@gmail.com, so we may try to accommodate you, additional shipping charges may occur as we may need to look into expedited shipping and will discuss all options with you to see what works best for you before proceeding.

As we package and ship every order, we quality check every item to make sure everything is 100% up to our standards in order to ensure that you are receiving the best product available. Once your item has been packaged up and shipped with our mail carrier, your items are no longer in our hands and we have no control over your items thus, City Slickers Los Angeles is no longer liable or responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or delayed packages.

Please note that it is the buyers responsibility to ensure that the address input at the time of ordering is 100% correct. City Slickers Los Angeles is not responsible for packages sent to the incorrect location.

If your package has been sent back due to an incorrect address(Return To Sender/Failed Delivery), or refused by the customer at the of being attempted to be delivered, this will return to our warehouse, and the buyer will be responsible for any additional charges to remail your packages.

In the case that your items has been damaged or lost, you would need to reach out to the carrier that was used to ship your items directly to go about filing a claim.
