RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be happy and obsessed with your new sunnies! Upon receiving your new items, if you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we would be more than happy to exchange or provide you with store credit for future purchases. All returns and exchanges must be completed within 7 days of receiving your shipment.

All returned items must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team at cityslickerslosangeles@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange or return.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanging their sunglasses, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or an error made by City Slickers Los Angeles.
